S&P affirms Park Place Entertainment's rating
Park Place NEW YORK, April 8 - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it assigned its 'BBB-' rating to Park Place Entertainment Corp.'s proposed $300 million senior notes due 2013. Proceeds will be used to repay amounts outstanding under the company's existing credit facilities.
