Boyd's Borgata Gets Gaming License From The New Jersey Casino Control Commission
ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., June 11 Boyd Gaming Corporation (NYSE: BYD) announced that Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa received its gaming license today from the New Jersey Casino Control Commission.
William S. Boyd, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Boyd Gaming, said, "We are very pleased that we have achieved this important milestone and look forward to operating in Atlantic City. We are scheduled to open Borgata on one of the first 11 days in July, subject to regulatory approvals."
