Microtel Inn & Suites Breaks Ground in Zephyrhills, FL |

JAMM Hotels, LLC has broken ground on Florida's most recent Microtel Inn & Suites property at 7839 Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills. The hotel is scheduled to open by the end of the year and will be managed by Hospitality Plus, LLC. |
"The opening of the Zephyrhills Microtel Inn & Suites is evidence of Microtel's growing presence in Florida," said Jon Leven, senior vice president of marketing for US Franchise Systems (USFS), franchisor of the Microtel brand. "The brand appeals to all types of travelers and is one of the fastest growing in the lodging industry."
The three-story, 63-room Microtel hotel will feature single, double and suite accommodations, all with chiropractic-approved queen beds. Amenities will include complimentary daily breakfast, a meeting room, swimming pool, and guestrooms with expanded cable television with CNN, HBO, ESPN.
"The Microtel product is right for the needs of today's traveling public," said Marian Goodman of JAMM Hotels, LLC. "Microtel provides value and quality, and is the business and leisure traveler's alternative to higher priced, full-service properties."
There are currently 11 Microtel hotels open throughout the State in Bushnell, Lady Lake, Lake City, Leesburg, Marianna, Ocala, Orlando, Palm Coast, Pensacola, Tallahassee and Tampa.
Microtel Inns & Suites are all newly-constructed, interior corridor, budget/economy hotels. For the second consecutive year, the brand was ranked highest in guest satisfaction among economy/budget hotel chains in J.D. Power and Associates' North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Study.
